And no matter how much you learn in an attempt to "un-stuck" yourself, if your underlying subconscious beliefs are un-supportive, no amount of learning will ever rewrite that script. This is exactly where hypnosis can help.
Your subconscious brain controls a whopping 95% of your thoughts - and with the brain's top priority being to "keep you safe", that often means it is also responsible for also holding you back on what we truly want to achieve in life.
What I mean by this, is that your brain can sense when you are readying to step out of your comfort zone - and if there are underlying messages that indicate it's not safe to do so (you may get laughed at, embarrassed, might not do it right, or it may not be 'perfect'), you trusty sidekick will send out a slew of chemicals in your brain, that get administered in your body, that are specific to put a screeching halt to your "big, lofty, genius idea".
This is one of the main culprits that plays a role in holding you back from the success you desire.
Whether success entails boldly stepping forward in life, or wanting to let go of unsupportive habits that leave you stuck and feeling as though you are in a constant procrastination loop that leaves you feeling like a failure - it all begins and ends with your subconscious brain.
So if you do have unhelpful thought patterns running in the background (that you aren't aware of), which is often the case, the cold, hard truth is that you will continue to get the same results time and time again until the false beliefs and negative programming is neutralized.
Often our false programming is a result of our interpretations of an experience, often from age of 7 or under. This is when our brain is not developed enough for logical thinking, so we often make the experience mean something "about us".
In most cases the experience isn't traumatic. However, they still leave an emotional imprint in our body. And when are older and have similar experiences (while they may not be the same), they can still trigger the same emotional reaction in your body. Inducing feelings of stress, fear, anger, frustration, unworthiness, etc.
Knowing this is a key component in understanding "the why" of what causes us to repeat the same unhelpful patterns and behaviours.
When we shift how we feel about ourselves, we shift how we show up in life.
Everyone has a different version of what their "picture perfect life" is. And I know, from firsthand experience, that in order to truly create a different experience in life, you need to ensure that the internal dialogue that happens in the subconscious brain is one that is free of negative thought patterns.
This is my area of expertise.

Hypnosis is the bypass of the critical factor of the mind (that part that compares new information with old information already stored in the subconscious mind) and acceptance of acceptable selective thinking.
Hypnosis allows us to bypass this comparing mechanism so that information can go right into the subconscious mind and affect our limiting beliefs and our habits so we can make powerful change right away.

It used to be believed that only 20% of the population could be hypnotized. We have since discovered that those numbers are due to lack of technique, understanding and training of the hypnotist. All you have to do is follow very easy instructions and be of normal intelligence and you’ll go right into a level of hypnosis to do all the processes of the work necessary to get the changes you desire.
“Contrary to how hypnosis is sometimes portrayed, you don’t lose control over your behavior. You remain aware and remember what happens under hypnosis and no, you can not be hypnotized to do things that you do not want. In fact, hypnosis occurs naturally in all human beings. Hypnosis actually doesn’t feel like anything. It is a state of mind. Here is one example: You know what you have that 'a-ha' moment as though you suddenly got a deeper understanding of something - more than ever before? That’s how it is when you are in hypnosis. You can have access to information that you didn’t know you knew, and becoming aware of that helps you to make positive change. Other than that you will probably feel relaxed since we will often also be focusing on relaxing as a way to bypass the critical factor.
