In my previous life(pre kids).....
I was an elite downhill mountain biker (hello, adrenaline), competing nationally and earning my place on the World Cup circuit. I learned how to harness intensity, build mental resilience, and believe in myself above all else—even when the path was brutal, steep, and unpredictable.
That drive carried me into a top-performing career in sales, where I became a top 1% income earner at a global company. Later, I worked alongside 7- and 8-figure entrepreneurs, helping lead major launches from the inside. What looked like sales on the surface was actually something deeper - an intuitive ability to hear what wasn’t being said, and use subconscious NLP and Sleight of Mouth techniques to meet clients where they were and move them into powerful decisions.
That’s when I realized…
Transformation doesn’t happen because of the perfect pitch or the next strategy.
It happens when the subconscious is on board.
I’ve carried that truth with me into every chapter since—from coaching athletes on the bike, to helping high-level humans unlock what’s been stuck internally, so they can finally move.

And while my client work lights me up, one of the deepest honors of my life is raising two incredible humans. My boys are grounded, kind, and share in my love for mountain living.
